Infomaniak's servers are located in Switzerland. Browsing data (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) is recorded in server logs and kept in accordance with Infomaniak's privacy policy.

• Contact form - name, email address, phone number (optional), subject of the enquiry, number of people (optional), requested date (optional), free-text message.
• Biscuits — technical cookies are placed to ensure the proper functioning of the site. Analytical or marketing cookies may be placed with your prior consent (see section 6).
• Server logs — IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of access. These data are collected automatically by the host for security purposes.

4. Purposes and legal bases of the processing

• Processing of contact and reservation requests — the form data are used exclusively to respond to your request. Legal basis: performance of a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6 nFADP / Art. 6 para. 1 b and f GDPR).
• Site security — server logs help detect and prevent unauthorised access. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Visitor statistics - only with your prior consent via the cookie banner.
